Conduct prospect research, engage potential customers through email, phone, and social media, qualify leads, schedule sales appointments, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve growth targets.

Own global people operations across Israel, the US, and the UK, including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, leave administration, HR records, payroll coordination, benefits, and employee support. Coordinate with Finance, payroll providers, managers, and external vendors. Support recruiting, improve HR processes through technology and AI automation, and ensure a seamless employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

Manage a portfolio of ISV and technology partners: source and qualify partners, run outreach and partner program applications, negotiate commercial terms, craft joint go-to-market packages, enable co-selling with AWS and channel partners, evangelize partnerships internally and externally, and scale partner operations using AI-assisted automated workflows. Collaborate cross-functionally and with the VP of Partners to drive measurable pipeline and ROI. Travel ~20-30% for partner meetings and industry events.
