The Senior Accountant supports daily accounting and financial reporting for loan and deposit portfolios. Responsibilities include recording transactions, reconciling ledgers, calculating interest accruals, applying IFRS 9 fee deferrals, posting expected credit loss allowances, processing invoices, and preparing financial and regulatory reporting data. The role also supports Finance operations, onboarding, and training while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of accounting activities.

Lead investor acquisition and capital-raising initiatives in Lithuania. Identify and engage prospective investors, conduct meetings, manage follow-ups, maintain investor relationships, and oversee the CRM pipeline from initial outreach through capital commitment. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure transparent investor-facing processes while driving commercial results with strong organization, communication, and ownership.

Supports the bank’s compliance framework through policy updates, compliance testing, risk reviews, regulatory monitoring, reporting, training, incident management, and corrective actions. Coordinates with risk, legal, and operational teams while maintaining EU and local banking regulatory knowledge. The role requires experience in regulated financial services, AML/CTF standards, control assessments, audit remediation, and professional communication in English and Lithuanian.
