The B2B Sales Manager is responsible for acquiring business customers and managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, while establishing deep relationships with key decision-makers.

Design and scale vehicle defleeting processes, optimize turnaround times and damage-related costs, and balance revenue recovery with customer satisfaction. Manage OEM, appraiser, and compound-hub partnerships while aligning Fleet, Customer Operations, Logistics, and Stations teams. Establish performance metrics, analyze operational data, identify bottlenecks, and lead automation and process improvement initiatives across FINN’s defleeting lifecycle.

The Senior Product Manager will enhance the customer journey on finn.com, leading product strategy and A/B testing to drive growth and personalization.
