Supports Fleet leadership by developing strategy, analyzing partners and markets, improving vehicle financing and lifecycle processes, identifying cost-efficiency opportunities, and driving scalable automation with product and technology teams. The role also monitors KPIs, derives data-driven improvements, and implements strategic initiatives across Germany and Europe.

Own unit economics, profitability, Gross Margin P&L analysis, and demand-supply steering. Analyze performance deviations, identify improvement initiatives, and translate financial and operational data into recommendations for stakeholders. Contribute to management and board reporting while supporting financial planning, fleet optimization, and sustainable growth.

Lead group management reporting under HGB and IFRS across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow. Analyze variances, business drivers, and financial performance against plan, providing actionable recommendations to leadership and stakeholders. Improve reporting processes and systems using tools such as LucaNet and SAP S/4HANA, strengthen financial transparency, and build a high-performing Group Controlling team.
