Lead growth and go-to-market for JobAuto: define product vision, manage strategic growth projects and partnerships, run quarterly business planning and performance analysis, and pitch JobAuto to customers and investors.

Support Fleet leadership on strategic initiatives, KPI reporting, OEM negotiation preparation, data-driven analyses (using AI tools), and process improvements. Lead cross-functional projects and produce executive-level materials to drive OEM value and operational efficiency during a 4–6 month internship.

Own end-to-end hiring for Growth roles (Sales, Account Management, Marketing); partner with hiring managers to define needs; source and assess candidates; use LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS (Lever), and AI tools to monitor funnel health and improve hiring; optimize processes with the People team and ensure excellent candidate experience.
