Personal Development Budget
Every employee gets a yearly personal development budget that they can spend for acquiring new skills and competencies. If you have something (e.g. a course, conference, meet-up, book, etc.) that you want to spend your budget on, please let it be approved by your supervisor. Then put it together with an invoice into Spendesk.
Medical / Dental / Vision/ Other Voluntary insurances
We are proud to offer our employees an attractive insurance package, with FINN’s employer contribution covering 100% of the base package for employees and 25% for employee dependents. Our insurance plans give employees freedom to choose services and providers in and out of the Aetna network. Additionally, these plans offer a range of deductibles as well as an HSA option. We work with Rippling for these benefits, and enrollment (and details) can be accessed via your Rippling employee portal. As a new employee of FINN your benefits go into effect the first day of the first full month you are at FINN. Our Annual Enrollment process begins at the end of October with new benefits going into effect December 1st.
401k Plan
We have a 401K plan through Human Interest.
Under this plan you will have access to low-cost index funds and a robo-advising platform to automate your investment selection and make sure you are investing in a well-diversified, risk-appropriate portfolio. I have outlined plan highlights and next steps below.
Plan Highlights:
Matching: FINN matches 100% of all employee 401(k) contributions, up to 3% of your compensation, plus a 50% match of the next 2% of your compensation.
Ease of Use: You will be able access your plan through your Rippling profile. Additionally, you can easily roll-over previous or existing 401K's into your new Human Interest account. Human Interest is a paperless provider, so you’ll be able to sign up and make changes to your account at any time – entirely online.
Enrollment Eligibility: You will be eligible to contribute to your plan and receive company match after you've been with FINN for 6 months. You must be a full-time employee to be eligible for the plan.
