Use AI tools (especially Claude) to analyze problems and coordinate stakeholders. Successful performers may become Chief of Staff or move into Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, or Account Management roles.

Provide frontline support for enterprise customers via calls, email, and chat; manage onboarding, record communications, coordinate internal teams to resolve issues, and support invoice processing, reconciliation, and GST reclaim workflows while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Lead end-to-end virtual card product: design issuance, spend controls, reconciliation, and settlement. Engage clients/TMCs/OTAs, document issuing bank APIs and network rules, ensure RBI/PCI-DSS compliance, write PRD and architecture, run UAT, pilot implementations, and drive go-live within 60 days.
