Design, build, operate, and improve cloud infrastructure, deployment systems, observability, developer tooling, and distributed systems. Own infrastructure products end to end, manage systems with Terraform, support scalable AWS and Kubernetes environments, operate Redis/ElastiCache, participate in incident response, improve reliability and performance, and mentor engineers while collaborating across teams.

Owns new business development across strategic enterprise accounts, including prospecting, pipeline creation, complex SaaS sales cycles, multi-stakeholder engagement, technical evaluations, negotiation, and closing. The role requires disciplined MEDDPICC-based qualification, consultative selling, cross-functional collaboration, territory ownership, forecasting, and strong remote autonomy. The Account Executive will sell technical products to enterprise customers and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

Owns production reliability for high-throughput, low-latency systems, including observability, SLOs, incident response, capacity planning, infrastructure as code, progressive delivery, chaos testing, and operational tooling. The role requires hands-on software and infrastructure engineering, production Redis/ElastiCache expertise, cloud infrastructure knowledge, security awareness, mentoring, and participation in on-call operations.
