Provide front-desk reception and clinic administrative support: client intake, insurance verification, scheduling, billing and posting in TIER, prepare reports (OASAS/PAS), manage records, receipts, deposits, supplies, and general office tasks.

Provide IT support across the agency: maintain computers and servers, troubleshoot issues, enforce security and HIPAA/42 CFR compliance, assist staff training, liaise with vendors, and track IT issues.

Provide medical oversight and ensure client medical files comply with agency and regulatory policies; supervise and assist LPNs; respond to emergencies; lead annual TB testing clinic; deliver training and documentation; participate in meetings and on-call support.
