Legal Counsel responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial, SaaS, financing, real estate, vendor, and sponsorship agreements. The role also manages litigation tracking, legal notices, land and title due diligence, data protection compliance, contract templates, policies, renewals, and contract management systems. The position partners with business, HR, sales, marketing, finance, and external counsel across stock broking, real estate, and fashion apparel businesses.

Conduct fundamental research on Indian companies, sectors, and industries; perform financial analysis, modeling, and valuation; monitor market and corporate developments; prepare research reports and investment insights; and support portfolio reviews, stock selection, and investment strategy discussions.

Lead and scale a sell-side equity research function: define research strategy, manage multi-sector analysts, ensure SEBI-compliant research governance, engage institutional clients, represent the firm in media, and support revenue growth through research-led products and institutional mandates.
