Responsibilities include supervising office personnel, preparing monthly financial statements, maintaining accounting controls, reconciling accounts and inventories, overseeing payroll and tax remittances, managing accounts payable and receivables, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting audits and investigations, and assisting dealership leadership with budgeting, reporting, and HR matters.

Leads the dealership finance department, manages finance managers, increases profitability and product penetration, ensures accurate and timely deal paperwork, tracks lender portfolios, supports sales goals, staffs the department, and establishes training programs. The role requires automotive finance or sales experience, customer service skills, a valid driver’s license, and familiarity with ADP or CDK dealer management systems.
