Provides strategic tax advice, manages taxation issues, researches legislation and case law, completes corporate and deferred tax calculations, and develops trusted client relationships. The role also includes identifying growth opportunities, coaching team members, and supporting client compliance and risk management. Candidates need tax advisory consulting experience within a CA firm, a Commerce or Law degree, strong commercial acumen, and excellent communication skills. CA or CPA qualification is highly desirable. Hybrid work is available for candidates near Dunedin or Christchurch.

Plans and delivers internal audit engagements from risk identification through reporting and recommendations. Builds client relationships, ensures regulatory and technical compliance, leads audit teams, identifies business opportunities, and contributes to professional networks. Requires strong investigative, analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, with experience in internal audit or risk consulting in Australian public practice.

Provides accounting services for a diverse client portfolio, including tax returns, business activity statements, financial statements, business advice, and bookkeeping. The role requires meeting technical standards, deadlines, and budgets while maintaining current accounting knowledge. The successful candidate will use Excel and cloud accounting tools such as Xero or MYOB, demonstrate analytical thinking and attention to detail, and contribute effectively as part of a team.
