Manage client relationships and lead an accounting team while ensuring timely, accurate delivery of financial statements, tax returns, compliance work, and reconciliations. Provide business advisory support through planning, budgeting, and cash-flow projects. Develop team capability, maintain regulatory knowledge, strengthen client networks, and identify opportunities to grow the firm’s market presence. The role offers a pathway to Partner level and includes leadership, relationship management, and commercial responsibilities.

Serve as the firms first point of contact, delivering professional reception and customer service, managing a busy front desk, handling communications, supporting the team, prioritising tasks, and maintaining high attention to detail.
