Commercial Legal Counsel will draft, review, and negotiate national and international contracts involving fuel products, environmental credits, certificates, and compliance instruments. The role advises stakeholders on commercial legal risks, liability, warranties, competition law, and terms; develops legal policies and frameworks; manages claims; and supports risk mitigation and corporate legal matters. The position requires strong commercial contract experience, stakeholder management, analytical skills, and fluency in English and Dutch.

Manage daily accounting operations across multiple entities, including invoice processing, transaction posting, accounts receivable and payable follow-up, reconciliations, internal recharges, and month- and year-end closing. Prepare balance sheet files, support VAT filings and audits, explain financial results, and coordinate with finance and commercial back-office teams. The role requires accurate reporting, strong Excel skills, ERP experience, and fluency in Dutch and English.
