Supports program planning, controls, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, risk management, and performance analysis. Monitors program data to identify variances, trends, risks, and impacts; prepares dashboards and financial analyses; and coordinates with cross-functional teams to evaluate program changes and requirements. The role also supports compliance and business decision-making within a shipbuilding environment.

Coordinates shipbuilding work orders from planning through completion. Determines priorities and sequences, estimates and releases work, monitors progress, resolves material and information issues, and expedites work as needed. The role supports production scheduling, resource utilization, planning readiness, process performance, and continuous improvement while communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

Oversee small to mid-sized maritime projects and portions of larger production programs. Manage planning, scheduling, financial controls, risk mitigation, supplier and contractual matters, program reporting, contract deliverables, and change proposals. Support manufacturing plans, Earned Value Management, Integrated Master Schedule reporting, contract negotiations, and proposal leadership while ensuring budget, schedule, safety, and contractual compliance. The role may include supervisory responsibilities and domestic or international travel.
