Fincantieri Marine Group Benefits Overview

Leads budgeting, forecasting, earned value management, financial reporting, and performance analysis for a business unit. Oversees financial controls, ERP reporting, process improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and investment evaluations. Partners with program and functional leaders to address risks and unfavorable trends, provides recommendations to senior leadership, and manages finance employees, including hiring, development, performance evaluation, and work assignments. Frequent travel between Green Bay and Sturgeon Bay is required.

Supports the program management office by tracking production progress, corrective actions, technical dispositions, launch readiness activities, government and long-lead property, hardware problem reports, and material-related production impacts. Assists with weekly program metrics, variance analysis, change tracking, and coordination across internal departments. The role requires strong organizational, communication, confidentiality, safety, and Microsoft Office skills.

Supports the program management office by preparing weekly metrics, conducting variance analysis, and tracking production progress, corrective actions, ship launch readiness, government property, long-lead equipment, hardware problem reports, and material-related production impacts. The intern collaborates with program managers and internal departments while maintaining documentation, confidentiality, safety, and organizational standards.
