Responsibilities include developing monthly activity plans, implementing workplans, meeting targets, and providing regular performance feedback to branch and product managers.

Secure repayments for non-performing and written-off loans via daily field visits, negotiate payments, coordinate with bailiffs and external collectors, monitor recovery activities, ensure compliance and accurate booking, manage collateral liquidation, document cases, and train branch staff on recovery best practices.
