Support sales operations and deal approval workflows by managing ticket queue requests, coordinating deal desk meetings, updating CRM records, preparing reports and Excel-based trackers, documenting processes, assisting with CRM change requests and pre-production testing, and partnering with Sales, Finance, Billing and Process Center teams to improve and standardize sales operations.

Design, develop, test, and maintain C++/Windows payment applications. Create design docs and unit tests, debug production issues using logs/traces, collaborate cross-functionally to triage payment flows, provide QA support, and work across time zones.

Design solution architecture for core banking implementations and build Java Spring Boot microservices. Define product extensibility, customizations, and integrations. Develop Java EE applications following secure, testable, performant coding practices. Work with relational databases (Oracle, DB2, PostgreSQL, Liquibase), messaging (JMS, ActiveMQ, Kafka, Debezium), Azure services, and J2EE application servers. Provide technical and functional leadership, problem-solving, and clear communication.
