The Senior Technical Engineer supports Finastra clients by resolving technical issues, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent communication and support. They validate fixes, document best practices, and may assist functional consultants and perform testing as needed.

Lead a small revenue accounting team to ensure accurate IFRS 15 revenue recognition, maintain revenue schedules in the ERP, own monthly/quarterly/annual close, perform reconciliations, support audits, and drive process improvements and automation.

The Senior Technical Consultant will implement new features, participate in upgrades, and develop solutions using Finastra Essence API while mentoring junior consultants.
