Senior hands-on role to design, operate, and support the global Microsoft 365 platform. Responsibilities include architecture for Exchange, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive; governance, compliance, and tenant policies; L3/L4 incident management and root cause analysis; leading tenant-to-tenant migrations; PowerShell automation, Intune endpoint management, documentation, and stakeholder leadership.

Supports business-function activities through research, analysis, reporting, data presentation, process improvement, testing, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. Depending on assignment, interns may work in finance, sales, product management, or software development. The role emphasizes learning, accountability, communication, analytical skills, teamwork, and exposure to financial technology and enterprise software.

Develop and operate scalable Java microservices using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud. Build REST APIs and integrations, write automated tests, optimize SQL and JVM performance, and contribute to secure, reliable architectures. Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and security teams in an Agile environment while participating in code reviews, CI/CD, and mentoring junior engineers.
