The Expert QA Engineer develops test strategies, automated UI/API/integration test suites, and scalable QA frameworks. Responsibilities include manual and automated testing, SQL-based validation, CI/CD integration, defect analysis, environment management, quality metrics, release validation, and process improvement. The role also provides technical leadership, mentors QA engineers, and drives cross-functional quality initiatives using risk-based practices and AI-enabled automation.

Provides technical customer support for enterprise banking software by investigating, reproducing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex issues. Performs root-cause analysis, communicates resolution progress, supplies temporary fixes and scripts, validates defect corrections, documents solutions, and escalates issues when necessary. Collaborates with clients, consultants, and cross-functional teams while supporting shifts, Philippine holidays, and after-hours rotations.
