Manage a strategic enterprise payments account portfolio across Europe, developing relationships with large banks and generating new business. Responsibilities include account planning, pipeline management, consultative enterprise sales, stakeholder engagement, customer success, CRM reporting, and positioning Finastra solutions based on client needs, market trends, and competitive intelligence. The role requires significant outside sales experience with enterprise software, SaaS, or FinTech solutions, banking industry knowledge, and 40% travel.

Design, develop, test, and maintain cloud-native Java and Spring Boot payment microservices. Build API-first and event-driven services, contribute to architecture and code reviews, and ensure security, performance, resiliency, observability, and operational readiness. Support containerized Kubernetes deployments, CI/CD pipelines, databases, and production operations. Collaborate with product, architecture, QA, and support teams while mentoring junior engineers and contributing to continuous improvement.
