Collaborates in Agile ceremonies, uses GitHub and software engineering practices, explores emerging AI technologies, and contributes to Generative AI projects involving LLMs, intelligent search, and cloud platforms.

Lead client-facing technical application projects and deployments for mission-critical banking and payment systems. Manage integrations, configurations, risks, budgets, documentation, issue resolution, and cross-functional handovers. Support Linux-based applications in UAT and production, including SWIFT and domestic payment schemes. Maintain Ansible automation, Git repositories, monitoring, and second-level Jira support. Participate in evening and weekend maintenance and periodic on-call rotations while collaborating with Product, Sales, Development, Project, and Support teams.

Design, modernize, and support secure, resilient global network connectivity across on-prem and cloud. Lead network modernization, produce designs, SOPs, and implementation plans, mentor NetOps, and deliver SD‑WAN, data center, Azure and AWS networking solutions while ensuring operational handoffs and uptime SLAs.
