The Law Reporter will cover lawsuits involving asset-management companies, analyze litigation trends, and produce stories for the retail fund industry. The role demands strong analytical skills, a network of industry sources, and collaboration with a team of journalists.

Report and write news and analysis on sustainability regulations and geopolitics affecting ESG; conduct interviews; appear on the Sustainable Views podcast; create audio, video and social content; develop a contacts book; attend events; and perform editing and other duties as required.

Provide commercial contract advice and negotiations across FT business lines, manage and update contract templates, deliver training, and implement legal AI-driven workflows to streamline legal operations. Role supports subscriptions, events, thought leadership and specialist titles.
