Teams at Financial Times

Leads day-to-day finance operations for FT Japan and supports other Asia entities. Responsibilities include financial close and reporting, reconciliations, variance analysis, statutory and tax compliance, audits, internal controls, treasury, banking, payments, stakeholder management, and finance transformation initiatives. The role partners with regional Accounting Services and Finance teams to improve processes, strengthen governance, and ensure compliance with Japanese regulations, IFRS, and FT Group policies.

Drive new-business growth across French-speaking markets by developing regional sales plans, prospecting, managing full sales cycles, negotiating contracts, and building senior stakeholder relationships. Lead and coach a Sales Development Representative, collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success, maintain Salesforce records and forecasts, and contribute to product, pricing, and process improvements.

Support back-office contract fulfilment and administrative tasks for FT Professional customers globally: process fulfilment requests, grant client access, manage HUB queue, investigate account issues, produce operational and KPI reports (Salesforce), coordinate with internal teams and agencies, and assist on ad hoc projects.
