The role is designed for recent graduates pursuing careers in FinTech advisory, M&A, private capital raising, and investment research.

Five-month investment banking internship supporting M&A, financing, and capital markets transactions. Responsibilities include financial modeling, company valuation, performance analysis, research, due diligence, strategic analysis, transaction documentation, and client presentation materials. Interns work alongside senior bankers under tight deadlines and may convert to a full-time Analyst program.

Provides reception and administrative support in a busy San Francisco office. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, coordinating with building management, arranging catering, scheduling conference rooms, maintaining office and kitchen supplies, distributing documents, supporting projects and events, and keeping shared spaces organized. The role requires strong communication, organization, multitasking, problem-solving, Microsoft Office proficiency, independent judgment, teamwork, and professionalism when interacting with clients and executives.
