Manages funeral arrangements and services from initial family consultation through final disposition. Responsibilities include directing services, embalming and preparing decedents, completing legal paperwork, coordinating staff, conducting follow-ups, handling first calls, and providing compassionate customer service. The role also supports community outreach, pre-need planning, facility tasks, and compliance with applicable laws and licensing requirements.

Lead and manage funeral service operations, supervise and train staff, meet with families to arrange services, oversee decedent preparation and transfers, ensure regulatory paperwork, participate in community outreach, and perform on-call duties.

Leads cemetery grounds and facilities operations, including staff supervision, grounds upkeep, equipment and vehicle maintenance, inventory management, burial and entombment preparation, safety compliance, and coordination of daily work plans. Performs landscaping, repairs, marker installation, ceremony setup, and material handling while ensuring cemetery property and facilities remain safe, functional, and well maintained.
