Manage all phases of funeral arrangements including meeting families, arranging personalized services, transferring and preparing decedents (embalming, dressing, cosmetizing), overseeing service teams, ensuring paperwork and legal compliance, conducting services, and leading post-service follow-up.

Meet with families to arrange and direct funeral and memorial services, handle logistics (vehicles, deliveries, setup), complete required documentation, provide aftercare, assist with office and facility duties, ensure regulatory compliance, and support community outreach to grow market share.

Manages funeral arrangements from initial family consultation through final disposition. Presents service and merchandise options, completes contracts and legal paperwork, coordinates team members, conducts services, performs transfers and decedent preparation as licensed, collects funds, and provides follow-up support. The role requires compassionate communication, community involvement, accurate recordkeeping, on-call availability, safe handling of heavy items, and compliance with funeral service regulations.
