The Business Information Technical Manager will lead reporting initiatives, manage a team, and optimize the use of business intelligence software while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.

Maintain and improve enterprise network infrastructure, own network systems and core services, troubleshoot escalated issues, support projects and change delivery, contribute to design and automation (IaC), remediate security vulnerabilities, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive performance, resilience and service improvements.

Lead and deliver quantitative analytical projects using inferential, descriptive, causal and predictive techniques. Ensure data quality and documentation, produce evidence-based insights, mentor other analysts, engage stakeholders, and support decision-making across the organisation.
