Teams at Financial Ombudsman Service

Maintain and improve enterprise network infrastructure, own network systems and core services, troubleshoot escalated issues, support projects and change delivery, contribute to design and automation (IaC), remediate security vulnerabilities, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive performance, resilience and service improvements.

Serve as a technology product owner for digital products (Ombudsman Connect, Digital Front Door). Build and mature roadmaps, partner with casework, technology and delivery teams, align tech changes with operations, manage stakeholders and governance, and deliver high-quality product outcomes across internal and external teams.

Design, build and maintain large-scale ETL/ELT pipelines and data models using Azure Data Factory, Synapse and Databricks. Implement CI/CD, ensure SLA-driven data delivery and reliability, manage code promotion and change processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, support SAP Data Services end-of-life, and produce technical documentation and data dictionaries.
