Lead manual and automated QA testing for a sales financing platform. Responsibilities include test planning, requirement and gap analysis, automation script development, defect management, integration, system, functional and UAT testing, documentation, reporting, and continuous QA process improvement. The role collaborates with developers, product managers, and designers, mentors junior analysts, supports shift-left practices, and promotes quality ownership across scrum teams.

Build and refine risk, valuation, cash-flow, profitability, and time-series forecasting models for consumer credit and fraud losses. Automate recurring loss forecasts and supporting analysis for executive and senior management. Translate economic and customer behavior data into explainable predictions, improve data pipelines and automation, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, document analytical tools and processes, and contribute to risk analytics and data science initiatives.

Design and implement scalable, accessible, high-performance front-end features. Write clean, testable code, fix defects, improve the codebase, and mentor teammates. Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and stakeholders to translate requirements into elegant UI components within an agile environment.
