Manage relationships with independent and charter schools, initially supporting RevTrak financial operations, reconciliation, reporting, payment workflows, and discrepancy investigations. Expand into strategic ownership of the full Finalsite platform, driving adoption, customer satisfaction, transaction growth, retention, upsell opportunities, and churn prevention. Translate complex financial and technical concepts for school leaders and internal teams while serving as a trusted client advocate.

Lead reliability and platform architecture for a GCP-primary, multi-cloud environment. Own Kubernetes platform health, network and edge architecture, infrastructure as code, observability, disaster recovery, high availability, security, capacity planning, and cloud cost optimization. Lead high-severity incident response and on-call participation, establish engineering standards and change-management practices, enable developer self-service, and mentor senior engineers. The role requires staff-level technical leadership across infrastructure and application reliability.

Manage and coach Client Success Managers while overseeing a high-value portfolio of public school clients. Drive client satisfaction, product adoption, renewals, retention, and upsell opportunities. Build stakeholder relationships, resolve escalations, maintain accurate Salesforce and Totango records, manage renewal and growth pipelines, and develop best-practice resources. The role is fully remote within the United States and requires travel as needed.
