Own and operate high-volume backend messaging services from design through production. Responsibilities include implementation, testing, observability, incident response, incremental modernization, technical estimation, code and design reviews, mentoring, and improving system reliability. The role requires working with asynchronous, queue-driven systems, undocumented legacy code, multi-cloud environments, and distributed teams across India, Europe, and the United States.

Manages digital marketing clients and coordinates SEO, PPC, and social advertising services. Serves as the primary client contact, oversees timelines and deliverables, leads meetings, reviews campaign performance, and communicates recommendations. Supports analytics onboarding, GA4 data preparation, reporting, dashboards, audits, heatmapping, user behavior analysis, training, and optimization initiatives. Collaborates with internal teams, vendors, and partners while maintaining project documentation and improving service workflows.

Supports FP&A, forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, KPI analysis, executive and board reporting, private equity requests, and SaaS performance insights. Partners cross-functionally on pricing, compensation, ROI, hiring plans, and strategic initiatives. Builds dashboards, improves reporting automation and data integrity, and uses AI tools to identify trends, anomalies, and process improvements.
