Teams at Finalsite

Lead and scale a remote sales team selling Finalsite's products into public K-12 districts. Own full sales lifecycle, hit new-business and expansion targets, provide hands-on coaching, recruit and ramp reps, align with Marketing/BD/Customer Success, refine playbooks, manage forecasting and KPIs, maintain CRM and process discipline, and represent district market needs to leadership.

Manage multiple website, communications, and mobile app implementations for K-12 schools. Guide clients from kickoff to launch, coordinate cross-functional teams, track milestones and KPIs, mitigate risks, provide consultative guidance on digital engagement, and ensure a smooth client experience.

Lead Finalsite's global compliance, ethics, regulatory, and risk programs for payments and financial transactions. Establish policies, controls, and governance; oversee AML/KYC, sanctions screening, PCI-DSS, NACHA, fraud prevention, audits, regulatory exams, vendor compliance, and cross-functional compliance support for strategic growth and risk mitigation.
