Leads Finalsite’s digital analytics and Insights and Optimization service. Analyzes GA4, heatmapping, website, user behavior, and marketing data; audits tracking and reporting; develops optimization strategies; and delivers client education and consultation. Owns service scalability, lifecycle processes, standards, and AI-enabled workflow improvements while collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Professional Services teams. The role is fully remote within the U.S. and requires 20% travel.

Coordinates delivery of SEO, PPC, and social advertising services for assigned clients. Manages timelines, meetings, deliverables, documentation, campaign performance communication, risks, and cross-functional collaboration. Builds client relationships, supports retention and renewals, identifies growth opportunities, and communicates marketing recommendations. Requires working knowledge of digital marketing platforms, performance metrics, and project management practices.

Identify, triage, and remediate vulnerabilities in web applications and proprietary software. Refactor .NET/C# code, implement secure coding standards, conduct code reviews, support secure SDLC practices, and assess SAST, DAST, penetration testing, and bug bounty findings. Monitor emerging threats and OWASP Top 10 updates while supporting compliance with FERPA, COPPA, GDPR, UK GDPR, and other data protection standards. The role is fully remote but requires permanent residency in India and specified IST working hours.
