The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on field engagement and travel across operating locations.

Leads FinAgra Kenya’s agricultural operating model across agronomy, farm operations, and the REP program. Builds scalable processes, SOPs, KPIs, management routines, safety standards, and operational controls while coordinating Procurement, Finance, Commercial, Product, and Technology. The role requires managing distributed, multi-site farming operations, developing local managers, resolving execution bottlenecks, and maintaining disciplined, ethical, and professional operations during countrywide expansion.
