Owns ambiguous, cross-functional projects spanning product, operations, customers, and partners. Builds processes, operating systems, tooling, and automations; translates stakeholder needs into requirements; works with engineering on internal and customer-facing tools; uses data to identify bottlenecks; and supports launches across products, markets, and financial partners. The role requires strong execution, systems thinking, analytical ability, customer and partner collaboration, and technical fluency.

Own day-to-day compliance operations, including KYB/CDD and enhanced due diligence reviews, customer risk ratings, sanctions and blockchain screening, RFIs, alert investigations, and case documentation. The role also manages partner and audit requests, maintains compliance procedures, tracks operating metrics, and partners with engineering to automate manual workflows. Candidates should have fintech, payments, crypto, or banking compliance experience and knowledge of AML, FinCEN, FATF, and digital-asset requirements.

Own end-to-end product design as the sole full-time designer: evolve the design system, produce high‑quality UI and interaction work, iterate rapidly from concept to shipped product, and collaborate closely with founders and engineers across product and marketing touchpoints.
