Teams at Filigran

Own and scale Filigran's technology partner ecosystem: identify partners, negotiate technical alliances, prioritize and drive connector delivery with partners and internal engineering tied to pipeline, enable commercial teams with joint assets, and report ecosystem health and impact to leadership.

Design and build the XTM One core platform as a Senior Full Stack Engineer using TypeScript and Python. Define architecture for AI integrations, implement visualization flows, logging, and agent configuration, prototype rapidly, engage with the open-source community, and help create development processes and team culture.

Deliver instructor-led training (onsite and virtual) and lab-based workshops for threat analysts and administrators. Develop training content, learning paths, and certification programs. Inform product roadmap with learner feedback, mentor junior staff, maintain delivery standards, and manage logistics to scale Filigran's training function.
