Design, build, and maintain Python-based integration solutions connecting OpenAEV and OpenCTI to external platforms. Analyze third-party APIs, ensure secure, scalable integrations, troubleshoot issues, document workflows, review code, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve integration frameworks.

Lead product design and specification for OpenCTI, create mockups and user stories, collaborate with developers and product manager on roadmap, support customer-facing teams, prioritize user pain points, define use-case scenarios, and improve product management methodologies.

Support customers deploying and operating on‑premise infrastructure for Filigran products: design and sizing, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, run health checks, write architecture documentation, and advise pre‑sales on infrastructure requirements while collaborating with product, solution engineering, and customer success teams.
