Own full enterprise sales cycle across North America, build territory strategy, generate outbound pipeline, close $200K+ ARR deals, leverage AI tools for prospecting, apply MEDDIC, collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Partners to drive long-term customer value.

Manage full customer lifecycle for North American customers—onboarding, adoption, training, renewals—while building proactive relationships, coordinating with support/engineering/product, tracking success metrics, and supporting upsell opportunities.

Lead and deliver instructor-led (onsite and virtual) technical training and lab-based workshops for cybersecurity practitioners. Build and maintain advanced training content, learning paths, and certification programs for OpenCTI/OpenAEV. Partner cross-functionally to shape program architecture, surface product feedback, mentor junior staff, and document scalable delivery standards.
