Own Filigran’s Enterprise Data Platform end to end, including ingestion pipelines, dbt-based data modeling, quality testing, observability, governance, and Metabase dashboards. Maintain and troubleshoot Airbyte and Airflow pipelines, develop trusted KPI models, and enable self-service analytics across business teams. Collaborate cross-functionally, improve platform architecture, and independently deliver reliable data products in a remote, async-first environment. Bonus initiatives include AI agents, LLM integrations, semantic layers, and proactive data alerting.

Lead, coach, and develop North American Account Executives while driving enterprise revenue growth. Responsibilities include territory planning, pipeline generation, deal strategy, negotiation, forecasting, MEDDPICC execution, CRM hygiene, strategic deal support, talent recruitment, and sales process improvement. The role partners with Solutions Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Partners, and uses AI tools to improve sales productivity. It is a hands-on, remote-first leadership position focused on complex B2B enterprise software sales.
