Lead quality initiatives for AI-driven workflows and complex software systems. Design and execute end-to-end test strategies, validate AI-generated outputs, test APIs, webhooks, integrations, and event-driven architectures, and conduct exploratory and manual testing. Partner with Product and Engineering on requirements and release readiness, improve automation coverage, document defects and QA standards, and mentor QA team members while ensuring reliable, compliant, and scalable releases.

Develop and deliver sales training, onboarding, and enablement programs; create presentations, case studies, product demos, and other sales collateral; collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations; analyze sales metrics to improve effectiveness; and stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Lead quality engineering for a backend-heavy Immigration AI platform. Design test plans and cases, establish test environments, execute manual and automated testing, build custom frameworks and tooling, and test REST, asynchronous, event-driven, and backend services. Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, identify automation opportunities, apply GenAI and LLMs, perform load and stress testing, and improve testing pipeline scalability, performance, and efficiency.
