Own lifecycle management of multi-state mortgage and consumer lending licenses, lead state regulatory exam responses and remediation, prepare and submit required state filings and Mortgage Call Reports, coordinate cross-functional data reconciliation for regulatory reporting, and manage licensing and corporate notifications.

Provide in-person and remote technical support for Windows and macOS devices, cloud-hosted services, and network/software issues. Complete new-hire setups and desk moves, train staff on technology, solicit user feedback to improve service, and support in-office and remote users. Work includes rotating nights/weekends and a hybrid in-office schedule.

Lead architecture and delivery of PRIME/Hastra DeFi projects across Ethereum and Solana. Design and build RWA tokenization, settlement, cross-chain protocol services and smart contracts. Develop production systems in Golang, Rust, and Solidity, manage observability and incident readiness (Datadog, Hypernative), review architecture and vendor integrations, and mentor engineers while remaining hands-on through production launches.
