Manage daily office operations in Charlotte: greet visitors, maintain conference rooms and supplies, coordinate with building management, support events and customer operations (notarizations), handle mail and deliveries, coordinate interviews and onboarding, and assist with ad-hoc projects.

Full-cycle recruiter responsible for high-volume hiring of Customer Operations roles: source, engage, assess, and close candidates; manage pipelines and ATS; partner with hiring managers; improve funnel metrics; and support objective, secure hiring practices.
