Own end-to-end HELOC post-close operations including recording deeds, processing Assignments of Mortgage and POAs, managing vendor workflows (DART/MERS), resolving lien and recording exceptions, supporting FNMA delivery, and improving post-close processes while providing internal and external customer support.

Own full-cycle recruiting for Corporate functions including Capital Markets, Finance, Legal, and People. Partner with senior leaders, develop proactive pipelines for specialized talent, provide market and talent insights, deliver high-touch candidate experiences, and improve recruiting processes, tools, and workflows. The role also involves using AI and automation, mentoring others, and contributing to broader Talent Acquisition initiatives.

Handle inbound customer calls, chats, and emails; guide customers through product applications, troubleshoot platform issues, conduct video notary sessions, and resolve concerns. The role requires clear communication, empathy, attention to detail, compliance training, e-notary licensing, and adaptability in a high-volume call center environment. Associates also identify support trends, contribute process improvements, and help strengthen customer trust and loyalty.
