The role involves supporting ambassador initiatives, planning events, content creation for social media, and maintaining community information. Strong communication and digital marketing skills are essential.

Serve as the in-store lead at FIGS Century City: deliver exceptional customer service, educate on product, support cash-wrap, maintain inventory and store presentation, assist opening/closing, train and coach staff, act as manager-on-duty, enforce safety and loss-prevention, and support events.

Provide high-level support to multiple C-level executives: manage complex calendars, travel, communications, meetings, expense reporting, and special projects. Coordinate events, capture meeting notes and action items, liaise cross-functionally, and handle confidential matters with discretion in a fast-paced, public-company environment.
