Prepare, file, track, and reconcile investor/insurer claims for residential mortgage defaults to recoup loan principal, interest, and advances. Post claim proceeds, close accounts, correct MortgageServ settings, and coordinate with attorneys and vendors to reduce curtailments and fines.

Contact delinquent mortgage customers to negotiate and set up workout alternatives (forbearance, repayment plans, modifications, short sales, deed in lieu). Review documentation, quote reinstatement/payoff amounts, record collection activity, ensure regulatory and investor guideline compliance, escalate when needed, and provide administrative support and process improvement feedback.
