Contact delinquent mortgage customers to negotiate and set up workout alternatives (forbearance, repayment plans, modifications, short sales, deed in lieu). Review documentation, quote reinstatement/payoff amounts, record collection activity, ensure regulatory and investor guideline compliance, escalate when needed, and provide administrative support and process improvement feedback.

As a Wealth Management Advisor II, you will guide clients to achieve their wealth goals, develop new client opportunities, and ensure a high-quality private banking experience through collaboration and expert advisory services.

Manage a portfolio of complex stressed banking relationships: perform credit analysis, underwriting, prepare approval memos, monitor loan payments, covenants, collateral and maturities, support Workout Officers, value collateral, mentor junior staff, ensure proper loan documentation/bookings, assist legal and Real Estate Review, complete ALSR/portfolio reviews, and prepare non-accrual and charge-off memos.
