Develops profitable commercial banking relationships with middle-market companies, manages existing portfolios, and delivers tailored lending, treasury management, capital markets, and wealth management solutions. Builds business plans, sources new clients, analyzes financial statements and credit requests, monitors portfolio risk, partners with internal product and credit teams, and maintains trusted advisor relationships. The role also supports capital markets activity, community engagement, and provides guidance to junior commercial relationship managers.

Supports commercial credit underwriting and portfolio monitoring by analyzing borrower financials, assessing credit risk, preparing approval memoranda and projection models, monitoring covenants and risk ratings, identifying emerging risks, and supporting credit committees. Provides analytical guidance to junior analysts while ensuring accurate credit data, timely issue escalation, and adherence to banking policies and regulations.

Supports private bankers and serves private banking clients through inbound and outbound communications. Resolves banking issues, administers client relationships, coordinates with internal teams, maintains service standards, follows banking regulations and procedures, and identifies opportunities to cross-sell basic banking products and services. Requires NMLS S.A.F.E. Act registration.
