Manage and oversee closely held and nonmarketable assets within fiduciary structures. Perform financial analysis, valuations, portfolio monitoring, and support corporate actions. Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure fiduciary, regulatory, and risk compliance and execute operational documentation and reporting.

Process and prepare loss mitigation legal agreements, audit and maintain loan files and reports, coordinate with attorneys and Consumer Loan Operations, resolve system issues, and support workout negotiations within departmental and investor guidelines.

Lead capital markets initiatives and provide corporate finance advice across industries, enhancing client relations and developing strategic insights while managing risks and guiding junior staff.
