Fiesta Health offers training and competency exams to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Candidates complete a 40-hour online training, attend a one-day competency training and face-to-face evaluation, then provide clinic-based one-on-one ABA therapy for children with autism. Responsibilities include punctual attendance, data collection, daily session notes, maintaining records and confidentiality, and working under supervision. Position requires reliable transportation, background clearance, physical ability to assist clients, phone access, and strong communication skills.

Provide one-on-one, clinic-based ABA therapy to children with autism; collect and report session data, complete daily notes, attend on-site shifts, and complete required 40-hour RBT training and competency exam to become a Registered Behavior Technician.

Provide center-based ABA services as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA): deliver individualized treatment, use data-driven decisions, collaborate with interdisciplinary team, mentor RBTs, and maintain high clinical standards.
