Guide families from referral through enrollment by phone, collecting information and documentation, coordinating appointments, supporting insurance authorization, resolving onboarding barriers, and maintaining accurate records. The specialist will also help create scalable onboarding processes, checklists, playbooks, and training materials. The role requires fluent English and Spanish, empathy, strong organization, high-volume follow-up skills, and a reliable home office setup.
