Provide individualized ABA treatment using data-driven decisions, collaborate with interdisciplinary team, supervise and mentor RBTs, lead clinical programs, and manage a protected caseload with administrative and clinical support.

Provide one-on-one, clinic-based ABA therapy to children with autism; collect and report session data, complete daily notes, attend on-site shifts, and complete required 40-hour RBT training and competency exam to become a Registered Behavior Technician.

Provide center-based ABA services as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA): deliver individualized treatment, use data-driven decisions, collaborate with interdisciplinary team, mentor RBTs, and maintain high clinical standards.
