Supports portfolio administration across investment mandates by calculating cash balances, reconciling cash, transactions, and positions, entering transactions, resolving discrepancies, preparing reports, and maintaining data accuracy. The role collaborates with portfolio managers, traders, custodians, counterparties, auditors, and service providers. It also contributes to process improvements, system testing, special projects, and service-level governance. The position requires 1–3 years of relevant portfolio operations or reconciliation experience and is hybrid with four in-office days weekly.

Provides personalized service to private wealth clients, supports portfolio management and investment counsellors, facilitates client onboarding, executes transactions, prepares investment policy statements, reviews reporting packages, and coordinates compliance documentation. The role also maintains CRM records, handles administrative tasks, supports business development, and coordinates with internal departments. Requires financial services experience, investment industry knowledge, strong communication skills in French and English, analytical ability, attention to detail, and advanced Microsoft Office skills.

The Analyst will calculate and validate investment performance results, ensuring data quality and supporting client reporting processes.
