Leads hardware and software product roadmaps alongside conservation-focused partner projects. Responsibilities include feature prioritization, agile and waterfall planning, stakeholder management, project scoping, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, team leadership, partner relationships, production coordination, field deployments, and grant documentation. The role also supports internal projects, contractors, resourcing strategy, contracts, communications, sales, and operations while managing a distributed team.

Leads hardware and software product development alongside global partner projects. Responsibilities include roadmap and feature prioritization, project scoping and planning, stakeholder and partner management, resource and risk management, production logistics, delivery tracking, and team leadership. The role may also oversee manufacturing, field installations, contractors, internal processes, grant reporting, and cross-functional resourcing. Agile and waterfall methodologies, strong communication, and experience managing software products and projects are required.

The Learning and Impact Manager will implement SPAA’s monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems; develop measurement frameworks; analyze portfolio and ecosystem data; facilitate learning reviews; and translate evidence into strategic recommendations, reports, funder engagement, and field-building content. The role partners across operations and programs to support adaptive management, grantmaking insight, impact reporting, and convenings. It requires strong synthesis, facilitation, organizational learning, and impact measurement skills, with approximately 25% domestic or international travel.
