Manage and scale the accounting function: own monthly close (journals, reconciliations, accruals, reporting), handle revenue, AR, payroll, commissions, expenses, prepaids, and fixed assets. Review contracts, improve workflows (including Rillet), build controls, use AI/automation to streamline close, partner with Strategic Finance and cross-functional teams, and support audits, tax filings, compliance, and new accounting projects.

Own the analytics foundation for Fieldguide Insights: design the semantic layer, define canonical tables/metrics, migrate report logic into governed dbt models, harden pipelines with monitoring and alerts, ensure data quality, and partner across product, engineering, and customers to enable reliable BI and emerging LLM/MCP analytics.

The Strategic Account Executive will drive new sales for Fieldguide's AI platform in the audit sector, developing relationships, managing sales cycles, and leveraging cross-functional collaboration to meet revenue targets.
