As a Senior or Staff Deployed Software Engineer, you will design and build software solutions, collaborate with teams, and drive technical strategy while engaging with customers to solve complex problems.

Lead end-to-end strategy and execution for conferences, trade shows, sponsorships, and ancillary events. Manage logistics, budgets, vendors, booth experience, speaker submissions, and onsite operations. Align events with sales and marketing priorities, capture and route leads, measure event KPIs and ROI, and travel regularly for onsite execution.

Build and maintain knowledge and evaluation infrastructure for long-horizon AI agents. Own Fieldguide’s internal audit product strategy and roadmap from market entry through execution. Build enterprise-grade AI agents to improve efficiency and quality across audit planning, risk assessment, execution, and reporting. Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success to gather feedback and drive adoption. Engage directly with Chief Audit Executives and internal audit leaders, translating regulated audit workflows into product requirements. Requires deep internal audit, SOX, risk, or compliance workflow experience and strong fluency in LLM and agent architecture.

Manage Fieldguide’s distributed generalist product support team. Own support metrics, ticket quality, QA, escalations, follow-the-sun handoffs, staffing, hiring, onboarding, and career development. Build 24-hour weekday coverage across the US, London, and Seoul, coach specialists, improve processes and runbooks, and bring customer insights into product and engineering decisions. The role remains hands-on with tickets and escalations.

Own end-to-end production of customer-facing eLearning courses, including scripts, storyboards, visual design, interactive activities, assessments, LMS configuration, publishing, and QA. Develop a reusable visual design language for Fieldguide University and collaborate with subject matter experts to create measurable, learner-focused content. Translate technical documentation into engaging courses and challenge unclear or ineffective learning approaches.

Build the operating systems connecting Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market. Establish voice-of-customer processes, product success dashboards, KPI measurement, roadmap and planning rituals, launch calendars, intake frameworks, and RACI structures. Analyze competitive positioning, user feedback, product usage, retention, and agent unit economics to inform product bets and roadmap sequencing. Drive cross-functional alignment and scale product operations from the ground up.

Own annual budgeting, quarterly reforecasts, rolling operating models, executive and board reporting, SaaS KPI tracking, and financial infrastructure improvements. Partner with department leaders on headcount and spending decisions, and build models for pricing, product investments, fundraising, and acquisitions. The role requires advanced financial modeling, strong accounting knowledge, clear communication, and comfort operating independently in a high-growth SaaS environment, with potential to build and lead an FP&A team.

Own motion design for brand videos, product explainers, campaigns, and events. Translate technical product concepts into clear visual stories through UI animation, data visualization, abstract sequences, typography, and motion systems. Collaborate with brand, product marketing, design, product designers, and video editors from concept through delivery while establishing Fieldguide’s motion language and animation standards.

Own end-to-end design for complex audit workflows, partnering with Product and Engineering to shape strategy, deliver scalable solutions, and modernize audit processes. Translate customer needs and research into polished user journeys and interfaces, balance speed with usability, contribute to the design system, mentor peers, and design AI-assisted workflows for auditors.

Lead the development of an AI-powered tax platform for CPA firms and corporate tax departments. Build and scale intelligent agents across tax data gathering, workpaper preparation, compliance, provision, research, and review. Define product strategy and roadmap, launch zero-to-one features, improve existing products, collaborate with engineering and design, and partner with customers and go-to-market teams to drive adoption.

Deliver Fieldguide’s onboarding program for EMEA customers, guiding implementations from sales handoff through value realization. Build customer relationships and champions, define adoption plans, manage risks, document progress, and communicate customer needs to cross-functional Engineering, Product, Design, Enablement, and Sales teams. This founding regional role requires managing multiple customers independently while helping establish Fieldguide’s international onboarding function.

Own the analytics foundation for Fieldguide Insights: design the semantic layer, define canonical tables/metrics, migrate report logic into governed dbt models, harden pipelines with monitoring and alerts, ensure data quality, and partner across product, engineering, and customers to enable reliable BI and emerging LLM/MCP analytics.

The Strategic Account Executive will drive new sales for Fieldguide's AI platform in the audit sector, developing relationships, managing sales cycles, and leveraging cross-functional collaboration to meet revenue targets.

Manage and scale the accounting function: own monthly close (journals, reconciliations, accruals, reporting), handle revenue, AR, payroll, commissions, expenses, prepaids, and fixed assets. Review contracts, improve workflows (including Rillet), build controls, use AI/automation to streamline close, partner with Strategic Finance and cross-functional teams, and support audits, tax filings, compliance, and new accounting projects.

Own 1-3 large multinational accounts end-to-end, build and execute multi-year global account strategies, drive cross-region expansion and revenue, manage complex procurement/legal/regulatory processes, coordinate cross-functional teams, use MEDDICC for multistakeholder deals, maintain CRM and forecasting accuracy, and travel internationally (30-40%) to support account relationships.

The Demand Gen - Performance Marketing Sr. Manager will own paid media strategy and execution to drive high-intent traffic, enhance conversions, and optimize marketing funnels. Responsibilities include managing paid campaigns, SEO coordination, analytics reporting, and ensuring alignment across marketing channels.
