The role connects Product with sales, customer success, marketing, and reseller channels while building buyer expertise, defining ICPs, and supporting launches, adoption, retention, and expansion.

Develop product positioning, messaging, launch strategies, sales enablement, and customer-facing content for Fieldguide’s risk advisory SaaS platform. Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to align go-to-market teams, train sellers, support technical evaluations, manage the customer advisory board, and create blogs, newsletters, webinars, case studies, and testimonials.

Own adoption, value realization, retention, and workflow excellence for audit customers. Configure Fieldguide workflows, templates, and engagement structures; translate audit standards into repeatable processes; lead training and change management; identify usage gaps and risks; advise audit teams on best practices; and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Revenue teams to improve customer outcomes and influence the product roadmap.

Configure customer environments, migrate and validate data, translate requirements into system setups, and perform quality assurance for SaaS implementations. Support testing, issue resolution, go-live preparation, documentation, and post-launch activities while collaborating with Support, Product, Engineering, and senior consultants. Participate in customer calls and progressively assume direct client communication as implementation expertise develops.

Leads and manages the Business Development Representative team, including recruiting, coaching, strategy development, lead generation, process optimization, KPI management, and cross-functional collaboration with sales and marketing. The role oversees CRM and sales enablement tools, analyzes performance data, and drives qualified pipeline and revenue growth for a high-growth SaaS company.

Responsibilities include prospecting, managing strategic accounts, navigating complex multithreaded deals, exceeding revenue targets, developing account strategies, presenting solutions, maintaining CRM and forecasting accuracy, and collaborating cross-functionally. The role is remote in the United States and requires up to 30% regional and national travel.

Leads customer deployments as a hands-on engineering manager, writing production code, building AI agents and integrations, solving complex technical problems, and advising enterprise stakeholders. Builds and coaches the forward-deployed engineering team, develops repeatable deployment processes, and converts customer-specific solutions into reusable platform capabilities. The role requires experience with enterprise deployments, regulated environments, engineering leadership, and production software development.

Lead and scale Fieldguide’s forward-deployed engineering function. Own enterprise customer deployments, write production code, build AI agents and integrations, solve complex technical problems, and advise senior stakeholders. Hire and mentor engineers, create repeatable deployment processes, and translate customer-specific solutions into reusable platform capabilities. The role begins as a hands-on player-coach position and gradually shifts toward team leadership while remaining technically engaged.

Supports the CTO and VP of Product by managing calendars, preparing leaders for meetings, coordinating travel and events, organizing team offsites and company meetings, and supporting cross-functional EPD initiatives. The role requires proactive stakeholder management, strong organization, excellent communication, and proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and AI tools in a fast-paced technology startup.

Deliver Fieldguide’s onboarding program for EMEA customers, guiding implementations from sales handoff through value realization. This founding regional role requires managing multiple customers independently while helping establish Fieldguide’s international onboarding function.

Build and scale Fieldguide’s security function across secure software design, identity and secrets management, cloud and Kubernetes security, and agentic AI security. Partner with engineering and product teams to identify risks, develop secure frameworks, harden cloud controls, enforce AI-agent permissions and tenant isolation, and promote secure development through design reviews and coaching.

Provide technical customer support for the Fieldguide platform through email, phone, and chat. Troubleshoot and reproduce issues, collaborate with Engineering, guide customers through product features, support onboarding and retention, configure customer databases and templates, and maintain help documentation. The role also advocates for customer needs internally and contributes to beta feature feedback. This remote position requires working 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. GMT.

Provide technical and product support to Fieldguide customers through email, phone, and chat. Troubleshoot platform issues, guide users on features and best practices, collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design, support database setup and template creation, contribute to onboarding and retention, and maintain help documentation. The role requires a customer-focused, adaptable team player comfortable working remotely from 2pm to 11pm PT in a startup environment.

Own Fieldguide’s B2B demand generation engine across webinars, nurture tracks, email campaigns, content distribution, ABM coordination, and event promotion. Manage campaign calendars, segmentation, conversion measurement, pipeline reporting, and lifecycle programs. Partner with marketing and sales teams while using AI to automate campaign execution and performance monitoring. The role requires hands-on ownership of large-scale pipeline programs and continuous optimization based on funnel metrics.

Own Fieldguide’s social media strategy, content calendar, and execution. Repurpose long-form assets, product releases, thought leadership, and customer stories into engaging social-native content. Write short-form content for subject-matter experts, manage content systems and brand guidelines, and collaborate with product, demand generation, marketing, and communications teams on campaigns. Translate complex audit and advisory topics into compelling copy and visual formats across social platforms.

Leads Fieldguide’s EMEA financial audit function by defining audit methodology, localizing AI-powered workflows, and aligning the platform with ISA, IFRS, and regional regulatory standards. Builds relationships with standard-setters and professional bodies, supports sales demonstrations and customer implementations, advises leadership on regional priorities, resolves complex account issues, and recruits and develops the EMEA audit team.
