Own Fieldguide’s internal audit product strategy and roadmap from market entry through execution. Build enterprise-grade AI agents to improve efficiency and quality across audit planning, risk assessment, execution, and reporting. Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success to gather feedback and drive adoption. Engage directly with Chief Audit Executives and internal audit leaders, translating regulated audit workflows into product requirements. Requires deep internal audit, SOX, risk, or compliance workflow experience and strong fluency in LLM and agent architecture.

Manage Fieldguide’s distributed generalist product support team. Own support metrics, ticket quality, QA, escalations, follow-the-sun handoffs, staffing, hiring, onboarding, and career development. Build 24-hour weekday coverage across the US, London, and Seoul, coach specialists, improve processes and runbooks, and bring customer insights into product and engineering decisions. The role remains hands-on with tickets and escalations.

Own end-to-end production of customer-facing eLearning courses, including scripts, storyboards, visual design, interactive activities, assessments, LMS configuration, publishing, and QA. Develop a reusable visual design language for Fieldguide University and collaborate with subject matter experts to create measurable, learner-focused content. Translate technical documentation into engaging courses and challenge unclear or ineffective learning approaches.
