Design Engineer responsible for end-to-end site design for BESS projects: produce site layouts, planning and legal drawings, engineering schematics, and 3D models (Civil 3D). Review consultant/contractor design packages, support planning applications, ensure CDM compliance, and liaise with Development, Grid and construction teams to deliver constructable, safe designs across multiple European markets.

Manage and monitor the full permitting and authorization process for BESS projects in Italy, ensuring projects reach Ready-to-Build. Oversee documentation review, coordinate with consultants, authorities, municipalities, and utilities, secure secondary permits and RoWs, supervise pre-construction BoP specs, conduct site and geotechnical assessments, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to meet compliance and timeline objectives.

Support European FP&A for renewable infrastructure projects: partner with Development, Construction, Operations and optimisation teams; build forecasts, rolling P&L and cashflow models; produce management, board and investor reporting; assess project viability; create dashboards and visualisations; translate technical metrics into financial impact and support capital allocation and performance improvement.
