The Accounting Manager oversees Bangladesh accounting, payroll, statutory compliance, tax filings, treasury, banking, and financial close activities. The role also supports US accounting, reconciliations, consolidated reporting, audits, and compliance with US accounting policies. Responsibilities include leading and developing the Bangladesh finance team, managing bank relationships, monitoring regulatory changes, and improving financial controls and processes across the global finance organization.

Designs and develops features for a SaaS platform, contributes to roadmap delivery, prepares technical designs, and collaborates with engineering, product, UX, and customers. Works across PHP, JavaScript, Node.js, Golang, React, microservices, APIs, databases, Docker, and Kubernetes. The role includes refactoring legacy systems, applying testing best practices, designing event-driven architectures, breaking down initiatives, mentoring junior engineers, and working across teams.

Build and own driver-based financial models, including headcount, people costs, three-statement forecasting, budgeting, cash liquidity, and business cases. Partner with department leaders on planning and variance analysis, analyze marketplace economics, support Board and sponsor reporting, and automate financial data flows from ERP, CRM, and HRIS systems. Present insights to executive leadership and deliver accurate, defensible ad hoc analysis.
