Build and operate Field Nation’s internal developer platform and cloud infrastructure. Responsibilities include infrastructure as code, CI/CD, monitoring, alerting, SLI/SLO management, incident response, reliability improvements, scalability, security, and chaos engineering. The role partners with engineering teams to reduce toil and improve developer productivity, while supporting cloud-native applications and platform tooling.

Build and operate an internal developer platform that enables engineering teams to deploy and troubleshoot secure, reliable, scalable cloud applications. Lead cloud architecture, infrastructure as code, observability, SLI/SLO management, incident response, chaos engineering, and resilience improvements. Mentor engineers, reduce operational toil, improve platform adoption, and collaborate across teams to continuously enhance developer tooling and operational excellence.

Investigate and process general liability, property damage, and bodily injury claims. Interview claimants and witnesses, document findings, maintain claim data and watchlists, prepare cases for review and payment approval, support COI vetting and renewals, assist insurance companies, and coordinate with internal teams while providing calm, accurate customer support.
