Teams at Field Nation

Build and own driver-based financial models, including headcount, people costs, three-statement forecasting, budgeting, cash liquidity, and business cases. Partner with department leaders on planning and variance analysis, analyze marketplace economics, support Board and sponsor reporting, and automate financial data flows from ERP, CRM, and HRIS systems. Present insights to executive leadership and deliver accurate, defensible ad hoc analysis.

Designs and implements scalable customer workflows, integrations, and work order lifecycles on the Field Nation marketplace. Leads discovery, solution configuration, training, pilot optimization, API and webhook support, and implementation rollouts. Partners with Sales, Customer Experience, Program Management, Engineering, and Technical Delivery teams to resolve risks, improve adoption, and deliver successful customer outcomes.

Lead end-to-end customer onboarding from contract signing to power-user adoption. Build onboarding roadmaps, guide clients through people, process, and systems changes, remove adoption blockers, deliver training, educate customers on marketplace and platform best practices, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Track progress, report on outcomes, refine enablement materials, and help customers achieve measurable business value.
