Lead development and execution of the museums business enterprise strategy to maximize earned revenue through partnerships, vendor and concession management, retail and F&B operations, tourism and group sales, ticketed experiences, and special events. Oversee operations, pricing, contracts, performance analytics, and a team to drive revenue, guest experience, and cross-functional alignment.

Lead and manage the engineering team to operate and maintain building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire/life safety, BAS). Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, contractor work, inspections, safety remediation, records, supplies, and staff development to maximize equipment uptime and building safety.

Plan, execute, and analyze segmented multi-channel solicitation campaigns for unrestricted donor households. Manage solicitation calendars, data queries, appeals analysis, reporting, and partnership with Relationship Managers and Major Gifts to drive renewals, upgrades, and donor stewardship.
