Drafts, reviews, negotiates, and manages contracts, amendments, procurement agreements, RFPs, RFQs, and statements of work across Canada and the United States. Ensures legal, regulatory, policy, and independent-contractor compliance; maintains contract repositories and renewal dates; supports acquisition integration, disputes, modifications, and execution. Collaborates with Legal, Procurement, HR, Sales, IT, M&A, and Finance while analyzing contract performance and improving contract management systems.

Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts, amendments, procurement agreements, RFPs, RFQs, and statements of work across Canada and the United States. Ensure legal, regulatory, and policy compliance; maintain contract repositories; track renewals and milestones; support acquisitions; assess risk; resolve disputes; and coordinate with Legal, Procurement, HR, Sales, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders.

The Solutions Architect, FPGA will assess client requirements, architect FPGA-based solutions, estimate project work, identify risks and mitigations, and develop technical proposal content. The role involves system-level design, client presentations, solution partitioning, FPGA architecture, and occasional project execution. Candidates will collaborate across hardware, embedded software, verification, and other engineering teams while supporting product development and research initiatives.
