Teams at Fidus Systems

Provide hands-on helpdesk support, triage and resolve tickets, manage onboarding/offboarding, provision hardware (Autopilot), administer Active Directory/Entra ID and Exchange Online, maintain Windows/Office 365 and some Mac/Linux systems, document IT processes, and support compliance and cybersecurity needs.

Design and deliver complex FPGA and CPLD systems using RTL, integrated IP, simulations, timing closure, and lab debugging. Collaborate with clients and cross-functional engineering teams on architectures spanning video, communications, storage, signal processing, and other advanced applications. Support design reviews, prototype demonstrations, documentation, technical estimates, proposals, and customer implementation. The role requires strong FPGA tool-flow expertise, communication skills, and customer presence.

Design and deliver high-speed electronic systems from architecture through bring-up: schematic capture, component selection, simulations (LTSpice), SI/PI collaboration, PCB constraints (OrCAD/Cadence), prototype lab verification, test plan development, regulatory certification, documentation, and mentoring junior designers.
