The Accountant will oversee accounting operations, maintain financial records, manage month-end/year-end close processes, and prepare financial reports.

Provide hands-on helpdesk support, triage and resolve tickets, manage onboarding/offboarding, provision hardware (Autopilot), administer Active Directory/Entra ID and Exchange Online, maintain Windows/Office 365 and some Mac/Linux systems, document IT processes, and support compliance and cybersecurity needs.

Support Sales/Business Manager with CRM (Salesforce) maintenance, lead qualification, proposals/quotations, reporting, client coverage, process improvements, cross-department liaison, and marketing initiative support to grow accounts and ensure timely sales activities.
