Design and bring up multilayer, high-density PCBs for UAV compute and sensor platforms, from schematic capture through flight-ready hardware. Responsibilities include high-speed digital routing, power system design, EMI mitigation, bench debugging, firmware flashing, and technical leadership across hardware development. The role owns hardware from prototype to field deployment while coordinating with embedded software, systems, forward-deployed engineers, freelance designers, and contract manufacturers.

Own the company-wide product strategy, roadmap, portfolio, pricing, business models, user adoption, and go-to-market planning for deep-tech UAV defence solutions. Translate operator, customer, partner, and market needs into engineering direction. Build feedback loops, market intelligence, product processes, and eventually a product team while collaborating with founders, commercial teams, government stakeholders, and technical partners.

Support and eventually own ABDO/ABRO compliance, build the ISO 27001-based information security management system, maintain risk assessments and access controls, coordinate personnel security screening, classify sensitive information, advise internal teams, and monitor regulatory developments. This junior role offers a growth path toward ownership of the company’s information security strategy and a future CISO-level position.
