Design, build, and integrate a mobile, modular calibration cell around a robotic arm and linear rail. Responsibilities include structural frame and fixture design, quick-change payload interfaces, vibration/cabling/safety management, workshop fabrication, measurement and characterization, and documentation (CAD, BOM, SOPs). Work closely with a robot programming intern and iterate between CAD and hands-on testing.

Build software to automate a robotic calibration cell: implement robot control, coordinate a linear rail and cameras, ensure timing/synchronisation, gate data quality, integrate with calibration pipeline, package reproducible metadata, and provide a simple operator workflow while collaborating with a mechanical intern.

Deploy and integrate autonomy software onto diverse UAV platforms. Work hands-on with drone hardware, assemble and debug systems, run field tests across partner sites, provide structured feedback to product teams, and improve interfaces between autonomy algorithms and flight controllers. Frequent EU travel and on-site troubleshooting required.
