Lead and improve People Operations for a growing deep-tech startup: build HR workflows (onboarding, contracts, records), support hiring and distributed employment across Europe, coordinate payroll and external advisors, improve people systems and tooling, and help scale People functions while keeping processes lightweight and compliant with Dutch employment practices.

Build internal tools, shared libraries, and product-supporting infrastructure across Python, Rust, C++, and web stacks. Ship dashboards, deployment tooling, camera-interfacing libs, annotation tools, and CI metric dashboards; embed with teams, deploy to field, and iterate based on user feedback and testing.

Deploy and integrate autonomy software onto diverse UAV platforms. Work hands-on with drone hardware, assemble and debug systems, run field tests across partner sites, provide structured feedback to product teams, and improve interfaces between autonomy algorithms and flight controllers. Frequent EU travel and on-site troubleshooting required.
