The Technical Requirements Engineer captures and analyzes technical requirements, facilitating communication between business and IT. Responsibilities include documenting requirements, supporting integrations and testing, and ensuring quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Drive continuous improvement using Kaizen and Lean methods. Facilitate Brown Paper workshops, map and analyze end-to-end processes, identify waste and automation opportunities, define KPIs, coach teams, and work with IT and business stakeholders to implement and sustain improvements.

Provide first-level IT support to internal customers by managing service requests and incident tickets, ensuring system health and collaborating with teams for stability and performance.

Lead and deliver IT projects end-to-end while maintaining PMO oversight of portfolio governance, reporting, risks, budgets, resources, and cross-functional coordination. Prepare executive dashboards, facilitate steering committees, support prioritization, and drive continuous improvement of project management processes to ensure projects meet scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.
