Lead and run security operations including incident response, vulnerability management, cloud/SaaS security, and remediation tracking. Coach and prioritize team work, advise technology and business partners on risk, improve detection and monitoring across AWS and legacy platforms, and report security metrics and risk to leadership.

Lead competitive intelligence activities by monitoring competitor and market signals, producing executive-ready insights, building CI toolkits (profiles, scorecards, dashboards), performing ad hoc deep dives, and partnering cross-functionally to convert insights into action. Maintain a SharePoint intelligence hub and use AI-enabled tools and automation to accelerate research and repeatable reporting while validating sources and prioritizing high-impact work.

Support product actuarial work for life insurance by preparing experience reports, KPIs, and dashboards; analyze placement, persistency, claims, expenses, and underwriting outcomes; contribute to product development, pricing inputs, state filings, model validation, and cross-functional recommendations to support profitable growth.
