Develop engineering leaders, establish standards, optimize developer productivity, and deliver platform capabilities and roadmaps aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with architects, UX teams, application developers, engineering leaders, and business partners on modernization and consistent user experiences.

Leads physical security operations across one or more sites, managing security teams, staffing, policies, life safety, crisis response, incident follow-up, training, vendors, budgets, and stakeholder relationships. Develops regional crisis plans, implements global security initiatives, oversees workplace safety programs, and mitigates operational risk through security technology, investigations, threat assessment, and strong collaboration with business leaders and public safety agencies.
