Leads Fidelity’s Due Diligence Investigations team, overseeing analysts and investigators, complex and sensitive investigations, strategic priorities, process transformation, and business-partner relationships. Provides investigative and operational guidance, manages vendor oversight, supports risk mitigation for business relationships, and delivers program metrics, reporting, and financial updates. Requires strong leadership, investigative expertise, open-source research knowledge, communication skills, and at least 10 years of relevant experience.

Analyze investment performance, business, market, and investor data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable recommendations. Partner with Sales, Finance, Product, Strategy, and Data teams to answer critical business questions and support data-driven decision-making. Apply quantitative methods, statistical analysis, SQL, cloud data platforms, and visualization tools to communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Supports Fidelity’s enterprise performance measurement and analytics initiatives. Responsibilities include enhancing and supporting performance platforms, analyzing investment performance data, producing reports, resolving complex problems, coordinating multiple projects, and collaborating with technology, investment product, digital experience, and business stakeholders. The role also requires presenting findings to both technical teams and executives.
