Coordinates incoming and outgoing payroll data feeds for clients and vendors. Elicits business requirements, supports solution development, testing, and enablement, and contributes to end-to-end implementation projects. The role requires client and business-partner collaboration, strong communication, prioritization across concurrent objectives, independent execution, and adaptability in ambiguous situations.

Engage clients face-to-face in an Investor Center, provide personalized financial planning and investment guidance, uncover client needs, recommend investment solutions, and deepen relationships by attracting additional assets. The role serves an existing client base, requires strong knowledge of investment products, client communication skills, and FINRA licensing or the ability to obtain required licenses.

Conduct quantitative equity investment research across alpha modeling, factor investing, risk analysis, portfolio construction, simulations, and strategy back-testing. Develop investment methodologies, evaluate signals, communicate actionable recommendations, and collaborate with portfolio managers, researchers, and technology teams. Maintain and improve quantitative research infrastructure while applying programming, database, optimization, and portfolio risk tools to support investment decisions.
