Site Reliability Engineer responsible for reliability, performance, and availability of mission-critical financial applications. Lead incident response and root-cause analysis, define SLOs/SLIs, implement observability and automation, optimize latency and scalability, and collaborate with development, DevOps, and business teams to align technical reliability strategies with trading and portfolio workflows.

Provide production support and maintenance for customer-facing transactional web applications. Diagnose, code fixes, restore service for high-severity incidents, participate in on-call rota, drive root-cause analysis, advise releases, and improve application performance and reliability.

Support growth and servicing of systematic investing, with emphasis on fixed income. Engage clients and distribution, prepare sales and marketing materials, manage queries and reporting, support pitches, sign-off deliverables, contribute to product launches, and mentor junior staff. Represent systematic capabilities internally and externally and contribute to strategy, client retention, and product development.
