Design and implement core Enterprise AI Platform features and APIs to enable secure, governed, scalable AI usage. Build reusable components for LLMs, RAG pipelines and agent frameworks, integrate vector DBs, fine-tuning, observability, and deployment automation. Collaborate with architecture, governance and engineering teams to ensure reliability, compliance, documentation and developer experience.

Provide first-line support to clients and advisers by phone and email, send serial letters, optimize processes and write work instructions, contribute to projects, and test/ensure use of core banking applications while promoting products and maintaining high quality and risk awareness.

Manage and deliver technology projects supporting the German platform transition. Coordinate UK and Germany teams, oversee ServiceNow initiatives, decommissioning, security, application development and third-party work. Provide governance, MI reporting, financial management, agile delivery, cross-location product delivery, and stakeholder communication to ensure alignment with business objectives.
