Manages internal audit assignments for corporate enabling functions, including Finance, Tax, Procurement, Property Services, Treasury, Compliance, Risk, and HR. Plans and executes risk-based audits, tests control design and operational effectiveness, prepares workpapers, drafts findings and reports, and supports ongoing audit universe risk assessments. Collaborates with senior management and audit leadership to evaluate governance, controls, regulatory compliance, and risk management.

Lead delivery and operational support for enterprise telephony and multimedia services (Teams, SBC, Zoom, AV rooms). Drive cross-regional projects, provide ITIL-based incident/change/problem management, produce technical documentation, participate in on-call rotation, and collaborate with global teams to maintain regulatory recording and conferencing platforms.

Lead and operate the global Insider Risk and DLP capability: own strategy, roadmap and service delivery; act as Product Owner; manage detections, investigations, evidence standards and vendor relationships; improve automation, reduce false positives, integrate key platforms, and represent the function in audits and governance while leading and developing a global team.
