Provide high-quality client service to personal investing and pension clients via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions. Handle enquiries, phone dealing, service requests, case management, complaints, and NIGO follow-ups. Support daily operational and administrative tasks, meet service level benchmarks, and participate in initiatives to improve client experience and operational efficiency.

Support growth and servicing of systematic investing, with emphasis on fixed income. Engage clients and distribution, prepare sales and marketing materials, manage queries and reporting, support pitches, sign-off deliverables, contribute to product launches, and mentor junior staff. Represent systematic capabilities internally and externally and contribute to strategy, client retention, and product development.

Processes and verifies customer fund orders, savings and withdrawal plans, transfers, dealing instructions, fund distributions, tax data, and client account maintenance. The role also handles fund setup, model portfolio allocations, transaction processing, query research, archiving, and quality assurance while supporting continuous process improvement for German customers.
