Leads functional, API, service-layer, unit, component, and database test automation using Playwright, Selenium, Java, and related frameworks. Builds and manages CI/CD automation with Maven, Git, and Jenkins; works with AWS, Kubernetes, Oracle, and SQL. Applies TDD and Test Pyramid practices, supports AI-enabled delivery tools, aligns testing with business goals, and coaches team members while managing stakeholders.

Provide technical analysis, support, maintenance, and continuous improvement for cloud and on-premises web applications. Lead incident investigation, recovery, problem management, production readiness, disaster recovery, and business continuity activities. Assess application risks, performance, availability, capacity, and non-functional requirements while coordinating with business, delivery, Unix, database, and network teams. Develop tactical fixes and automations using Java/J2EE, Spring, REST, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, databases, and CI/CD tools.

Manage and grow relationships with institutional distributors in Japan, promote Fidelity funds, execute sales and marketing plans, support client servicing, collaborate with internal teams and overseas offices, and maintain deep product and market knowledge to generate business.
