Manage day-to-day operations and service delivery for institutional clients across APAC. Act as primary operational contact, lead onboarding and KYC, coordinate with Sales, Risk and Operations, resolve client issues, support retention, and contribute to regional projects and process improvements.

Manage corporate and fund tax for Japan (primary) and North Asia (China, Korea, Taiwan). Provide tax advice on transactions, oversee APAC compliance and transfer pricing operations, support fund tax documentation (W-8, CRS), coordinate with Dalian Tax CoE and external advisers, monitor tax developments, and assist with audits, BEPS Pillar 2 and CbC reporting.

As a Machine Learning Engineer, design, deploy, and maintain scalable ML solutions, optimize infrastructure, and collaborate with stakeholders across teams to improve business decisions and operational efficiency.
