Lead ETF product strategy and execution across European UCITS ETFs from concept to launch. Build business cases, gain internal approvals, assess structures, implement processes, manage existing range, coordinate stakeholders, and provide training to support product launches.

Manage day-to-day operations and service delivery for institutional clients across APAC. Act as primary operational contact, lead onboarding and KYC, coordinate with Sales, Risk and Operations, resolve client issues, support retention, and contribute to regional projects and process improvements.

Manage corporate and fund tax for Japan (primary) and North Asia (China, Korea, Taiwan). Provide tax advice on transactions, oversee APAC compliance and transfer pricing operations, support fund tax documentation (W-8, CRS), coordinate with Dalian Tax CoE and external advisers, monitor tax developments, and assist with audits, BEPS Pillar 2 and CbC reporting.
