Provide first-line support to clients and advisers by phone and email, send serial letters, optimize processes and write work instructions, contribute to projects, and test/ensure use of core banking applications while promoting products and maintaining high quality and risk awareness.

Manage and deliver technology projects supporting the German platform transition. Coordinate UK and Germany teams, oversee ServiceNow initiatives, decommissioning, security, application development and third-party work. Provide governance, MI reporting, financial management, agile delivery, cross-location product delivery, and stakeholder communication to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Process and triage client instructions and documents, perform same-day quality checks, resolve escalations, support training, maintain MI and process documentation, participate in projects and testing, liaise with other teams, and drive service improvements while meeting SLAs.
