Provides legal and regulatory support for French fund distribution, institutional business, and other European operations. Drafts and negotiates distribution, investment management, and advisory agreements; advises on strategic projects and regulations; manages legal products and corporate secretarial matters; and updates internal templates and guidance. The role requires English and French legal capabilities, knowledge of mutual funds, and familiarity with MiFID II, AIFMD, and UCITS regulations.

Lead ETF distribution efforts in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, support client relationships with IFAs, wealth managers and family offices, assist sales activities, contribute market insights and product positioning, maintain Salesforce records, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to grow Fidelity's active ETF business.

Lead client and consultant engagement for Fidelity’s systematic investing capabilities. Explain investment philosophy, portfolio positioning, performance, and processes; support pitches, due diligence, reporting, product development, marketing, and business development. Represent portfolio managers, contribute to franchise strategy, develop client materials, address complex investment questions, and collaborate with distribution and investment teams. Mentor junior colleagues and represent systematic strategies at internal and external forums.
