Leads company-wide operational execution across HVAC service, construction, project management, field operations, and support functions. Establishes operating systems, scorecards, performance reviews, accountability structures, and scalable processes. Develops operational leaders, improves productivity and forecasting, supports acquisition integration, and aligns resources with growth objectives while maintaining customer satisfaction, safety, profitability, and organizational culture.

Develop new business for building automation and control solutions by prospecting contractors, engineers, and facility owners; influencing projects during design; responding to RFPs; preparing proposals; negotiating and closing deals; expanding accounts; forecasting pipeline; and collaborating with engineering, operations, project management, and service teams. The role requires frequent territory travel and participation in trade shows and networking events.

Assist Project Managers in planning and delivering commercial Building Automation System and HVAC controls projects. Responsibilities include maintaining schedules, budgets, documentation, material orders, subcontractor coordination, customer and vendor communication, meeting notes, cost and change-order tracking, job site support, quality and safety coordination, and project closeout. The role offers mentorship and development toward becoming a Project Manager.
