Partners with business leaders on workforce planning, recruiting, retention, employee relations, performance management, organizational change, and colleague engagement. Manages full-cycle recruitment, maintains job descriptions, advises on HR policies and employment matters, supports HR systems, analyzes workforce trends, and contributes to enterprise HR initiatives while promoting consistent practices and an inclusive workplace culture.

Supervises daily payment operations, including ACH, wires, checks, instant payments, Zelle, deposits, exceptions, controls, compliance, staffing, quality assurance, reporting, and customer issue resolution. Leads payment operations staff, manages workflows and schedules, supports audits and risk mitigation, maintains procedures, and partners with banking, compliance, technology, and financial-crime teams on implementations, testing, process improvements, and operational resilience.

Processes routine ACH, wire, instant payment, Zelle, ATM deposit, and dispute transactions. Reviews transaction details for accuracy and compliance, monitors queues, supports reconciliation and reporting, assists frontline staff, follows procedures, applies fraud and security controls, and escalates complex issues. Participates in training, system testing, and process improvement activities while developing payment operations expertise under close supervision.
