Drive modernization, implement engineering best practices (code review, testing, CI/CD), oversee sprint and release management in Jira, build KPIs and documentation in Confluence, and manage vendors and stakeholders to deliver customer integrations, portals, and analytics solutions.

Provide timely, accurate phone and email support for order processing, manually enter orders, research and resolve inquiries, document communications, follow retailer routing guides, and assist with KPIs and SOPs to ensure client satisfaction.
