The Senior Director of Demand Generation will lead the demand center, driving growth through strategic campaign execution, analytics, and AI integration. This role involves managing digital acquisition, establishing standards for campaigns, and developing a high-performing team.

Lead the development of enterprise-grade LLM Observability product, engaging customers, defining strategy, and collaborating with teams to address AI/ML challenges.

Serve as a technical partner to onboard and enable customers on Fiddler's AI observability platform. Architect integrations, deliver technical engagements, drive adoption and expansion, translate complex ML/LLM concepts for stakeholders, and advocate customer needs across product and engineering to ensure measurable outcomes.
